The vehicle was sold with an alarmingly abnormal engine noise and therefore faulty engine. I am very concerned that the vehicle was sold in this condition and allowed to be driven on the road. I am also concerned why it was not identified in their LR workshop by your service technician nor at the MOT station by the tester. Obviously I am not qualified to say what engine component is failing/failed, but it is reasonable to conclude that this is vehicle is not as described. Hence why I contacted you immediately when I got home and it was apparent that there is a serious engine problem. I also reported oil deposits from where the vehicle was stationery for less than 5 minutes which you suggest are from the A/C, except that this was not on during the 80 mile journey from your dealership to home.

I am also concerned to note that it was described as having a FSH, but the online service history has an outstanding alert of a missing service record for the 42000 miles/48 months service. I feel that this should have been clear..
